Hands- on and Real World ActivitiesIn my English classroom, I plan to integrate a global focused curriculum that enhances learning for all students by focusing on diversity of society and learners. As an educator, I’m preparing my students for their next stages in life outside of my classroom because of this I'm going to use hands-on activities and real world experiences. I want my classroom to be task-based learning, which includes activities such as, writing emails, acting out scenes of novels, and incorporating current events. If students are active and interacting with each other, they are usually having fun,and they tend to remember more if they are enjoying what they are learning. These activities and my classroom environment will help students be better prepared for their lives after school, and be responsible for their own learning.
